Notice is hereby given that a Special Council Meeting will be held on June 9, 2025, starting at 4:00 PM.  This meeting will be held in the George Fraser Community Room in the Ucluelet Community Center at 500 Matterson Drive, Ucluelet B.C.

The agenda will consist of the procedural motion to move in-camera:  

THAT the meeting be closed to the public in order to address agenda item(s) under Section 90(1)(g) of the Community Charter:

(g) litigation or potential litigation affecting the municipality.

Please note that if the procedural motion to move in-camera is adopted, the meeting will be closed to the public.
